SVD Laudato Si' Farm—Tagaytay

Tagaytay City —The solemn blessing ceremony for the Holy Spirit Hermitage, the first extension of the SVD Laudato Si' Farm's Ecospirituality Center, was conducted last December 8, 2022, alongside the blessing of the statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Tagaytay City —Within the SVD Laudato Si' Farm lies a hidden gem that resonates with the spirit of St. Peter, the fisherman apostle. This precious gem, known as the St. Peter Fishpond and Gazebo, stands as a testament to coexistence between nature and spirituality. It is a place of tranquility, a space for reflection and rejuvenation, and a tribute to the teachings of the Earth's custodianship. Last August 20, 2022, the blessing of this haven was conducted by Rev. Fr. Atilano Corcuera, Jr., SVD. The blessing also served as the structure’s formal opening to the public. Tagaytay City— A total of 120 “endemic” or native trees were donated and planted during a tree planting event last May 25, 2022, as a result of a groundbreaking partnership between the SVD Laudato Si' Farm and the BINHI Foundation of the Energy Development Corporation (EDC).

Tagaytay City —Over the years, the Ecospirituality Center of the SVD Laudato Si’ Farm has become a haven for those seeking to deepen their spiritual connection while immersing themselves in the beauty of the natural world. The solemn dedication and blessing ceremony for the Ecospirituality Center was held last April 8, 2022.

Quezon Province —The Department of Agriculture Region 4A (DA-4A), through its Organic Agriculture Program (OAP), recognized outstanding organic farmers last November 24 to 25, 2021, at the Nawawalang Paraiso Resort and Hotel, Tayabas City, Quezon. Among those honored with the department’s “Recognition for the Individual Farmer” was Rev. Fr. Samuel “Sam” Naceno-Agcaracar, SVD, Executive Director of the SVD Farm and Rector of the SVD-Tagaytay Community.

Tagaytay City— The SVD Laudato Si' Farm was recognized by the Department of Agriculture Region 4A (DA-4A), through its Organic Agriculture Program (OAP), as an organic agriculture “success story.” The SVD Farm's inspiring journey was featured in a video from the titled "Sustainability and Spirituality: SVD Farm Success Story," published last October 1, 2021, which features a heartfelt interview with Rev. Fr. Samuel “Sam” Naceno-Agcaracar, SVD, Executive Director of the SVD Farm and Rector of the SVD-Tagaytay Community.

Tagaytay City —In a profound visit last August 10, 2021, His Eminence Luis Antonio G. Cardinal Tagle, accompanied by his family, graced the SVD Laudato Si’ Farm with his presence. During his visit, Cardinal Tagle was accompanied by Rev. Fr. Samuel “Sam” Naceno-Agcaracar, SVD, Executive Director of the SVD Farm and Rector of the SVD Tagaytay Community.
